Story time at the library is every Wednesday, and Hunter always has such fun. This fall story time has had the theme of Dr. Suess. Every week the activities are based on the Dr. Suess book that the librarian reads, and they are so creative. One week, to go along with the book
Hop on Pop the kids got to jump on a trampoline while we did a chant about the book. This past week, the librarian read
Bartholomew and the Oobleck. After reading the book, each kid got to make a bowl of their own green slimy oobleck which was a mixture of water and cornstarch. Hunter thought it was really cool. I actually remembered my camera so I got some pics of it.
