Dad carving eyebrows on Hunter's pumpkin |
Hunter took this picture of Dad's great carving job. |
Hunter also took this picture of Mom carving her pumpkin. |
Finished and adorning the deck |
All lit up for fun. You can tell that Dad put a little extra carving into the cheeks of Hunter's jack o'lantern which thrilled Hunter of course. I was told by Uncle Chad that I should carve an IH on mine, but my pumpkin was thicker and harder to carve. Therefore I declined. We asked Hunter why he put such a frowny face on his. He told us that any strangers coming up our driveway would see that mean face and get scared away, so it would protect our house. Maybe we have talked a little too much about stranger-danger lately!
