Remember how mothers are notorious for saying, "Don't play with your food...just eat it!" Well Hunter and I were relaxing on the couch this afternoon munching on some pretzels and fruit snacks (probably not too healthy but oh well!) I, as his mother, felt it my duty to show him how to make fun glasses out of pretzels. He had fun showing me the correct way to stick fruity bugs to your face. I grabbed the camera and snapped a few pics just because it was a fun time with my own little bug.

So many of you(Amy) have been asking about his surgery and how he is healing, I decided to go ahead and post a few of the pics on the blog today. All of the bruising and most of the inflamation is gone. He looks quite a bit better although I'm still a little worried he'll look back at this some day and think
man, why did she take pictures when I looked like that. Also quick adoption update: we found out that our dossier can be sent on ahead to the Philippines while we are waiting on our immigration approval. This is GREAT news because immigration approval can take at least a month, maybe as much as two months. That's a month or two of time when we can be logged in with the Philippines and waiting for a referral. Also today, Hunter informed us at lunch that he wants two little sisters so we are praying about that one!

He does look good and chicks dig scares, which he doesn't care about now, but will one day.
