Big Parade Debut

Lining up before the parade kicked off. He's decked out in JD "Farmer" gear.

Tuesday evening Bremen kicked off it's Firemen's Festival with a parade. Grandpa Schaetzle got talked into entering his antique John Deere, and he asked Hunter to help him drive it. Hunter was thrilled. Grandpa even took a belt pouch full of candy so Hunter could throw pieces of candy to the kids along the way. Scott and I sat near the beginning of the route along with Grandma S., Mrs. Glingle (their neighbor), Aunt Sherri, and cousins Tate and Rylee. Rylee and I collected candy for Hunter and her, and we all had a good time, especially Hunter.

Mr. Glingle, Grandpa's neighbor, who talked him into being in the parade.

Coming down the street, throwing candy too.

I finally got his attention when he was almost past us. This look is priceless though...he's having the time of his life!

My boys would be very envious of Hunter. They love tractors and John Deere (especially the three year-old).
