Saturday morning and, of course, amid the busyness of breakfast and dressing, cartoons are running on the tv, for the benefit of everyone or no one in particular as the case may be. As a new one comes on Hunter runs in to check it out. It captures his attention and he says, " Ha, ha, a cucumber and a tomato." All of you cartoon experts out there will immediately think Veggie Tales and you are correct. However, this cartoon is a relatively new item for us. Mom has tried plugging in a video once or twice but as many of you know, Hunter is not a huge tv kid. It takes tractors or trains to capture his attention for very long. Anyway, this morning I reply, "Yes, that is why it is called VEGGIE Tales." He turns, looks at me, and says, "No, Mom, it's called FOOD!" Who can argue with that? So I snapped a picture with a quick chuckle.
