Farmer's Market Fall Festival

Riding a horse ("like a real cowboy, Mom!")

Today, our small group from our Sunday school class went to the fall festival at a farmer's market in Elkhart. Unfortunately due to various circumstances and illnesses only our family and 1 other family went. We had a really fun time anyway. Hunter got to ride a pony, and take a wagon ride pulled by another pony. We also enjoyed looking at all the mums, pumpkins, gourds, and veggies that the vendors had out to sell. Of course all this fun made us a little hungry so we had to have a yummy ice cream cone too. Apparently the real highlight of the day for Hunter was so much attention from one older "lady" named Lauren (She's 11). He asked on the way home if she could come to our house to play tractors. When I said that today wouldn't work because she and her family had to go somewhere for supper tonight. His response was "Oh, I'm so bummered!" We're really going to have to watch him if he is already besotted with older women. :)
